Looks like those runner beans have lived up to there name! We are growing Fava Beans, I think they are 5 weeks old (outside) and they are maybe 8 inches tall right now. Your basil is way ahead of our basil.
We get our daffodils at Brent and Becky's Bulbs in Virginia online. I think I decided that waiting for the very late half price sale was not a great ideal.
Patsi, your babies look so healthy! The runner beans are off and waiting to go...or not waiting! I've never grown them, only regular beans. When I start them in long paper pots they always seem to take off like that too.
Those runner beans are huge! I guess I'll wait to direct sow them here. I've got tomato seedlings from the seeds you sent us awhile ago. I can't wait til it's warm enough to plant them outside.
Your little seedlings look so healthy! The outdoor pansies and daffodils are pretty....I'm waiting for my daffodils to bloom, not sure why they're so late.
Patsi,

ReplyDeleteHappy spring to you!
Wow - I'm impressed! You will be eating very well before long. :-)
ReplyDeleteGreat plants... lovely to see spring.
ReplyDeleteBoth indoor and outdoor life is way ahead of mine, dear Patsi! April ((hugs))!

ReplyDeleteOh look at those gorgeous daffodils! So pretty.
ReplyDeleteI have runner beans going also, Patsi, so I'll probably be complaining about them soon!
