Patsy, I wanted to become a member of Blotanical and tried umpteen times , but the message comes that 'the form you want to fill in has expired'. How can I become a member? Or have they stopped adding new mwmbers?

Tina, Never knew that each Blogger has the 5 days to pick which award categories they would like to be nominated for (maximum of three). Then all Blotanists have three weeks to nominate blogs for each of the award categories. Then there's the final this past week which I do know about. Maybe next year I'll remember this.

LotusLeaf, Blotanical does have its share of problems...I had the hardest time finding the link to the winners. Don't think there's a limit on members, BUT why you're having a problem is strange to me. Maybe someone else here could help.

Jan, I didn't find it hard in most categories to pick the best. And because I didn't read all the blogs from other states ...well... I felt it wasn't fair to vote for each state. I voted for people I follow.

Joy, Sure is crazy that ALL of Canada is like one state here in the US. It's not like you're the size of New Jersey !
Patsi, This was the first year Stuart added the nomination thing for bloggers. I think too many bloggers and too many categories so he decided to narrow it down. He did a good job but unless you visit Blotanical a lot I can see where it'd be easy to forget about. I came into the process late this year as I had forgotten all about it but I think it happens each September or so. I felt the same way as you with not voting in categories I knew nothing about. It was obvious many others felt the same way because there were more votes in some categories than others. It was all interesting looking at the breakdown. Take care.

I visit Blotanical at least once a week but somehow missed being able to nominate people. Maybe if he'd put a big flashing sign "time to nominate" then I wouldn't miss it. lol
